Grants and Awards Coordinator, National Trust for Historic Preservation; January 2010-present
- Provide support for the National Trust Preservation Funds (NTPF) grants and National Preservation Awards program
- Carry out centralized administrative and information dissemination responsibilities; serve as the primary contact; and coordinate the marketing, selection, and notification processes for both programs
- Plan and execute the public ceremony for the annual National Preservation Awards (attendance approx. 2,000 people)
- Plan and execute jury meetings for national-level NTPF grant funds, including donor-advised funds
- Assisted with selection and implementation of online grants management software for national grants program.
- Oversee and administer online grants management software, including training for headquarters and field staff
Forum Membership Assistant, National Trust for Historic Preservation; August 2008 – December 2009
- Assisted the Finance Manager of the Center for Preservation Leadership maintain an efficient and effective Forum membership program consisting of 4,000 members and provided customer service support

- Worked with three classmates at American University to redesign the historic tour program at the American Red Cross
- Rewrote general tour
- Created “trading cards” for important figures in American Red Cross history that the organization can distribute at the end of tours
- Wrote and recorded podcast and accompanying maps that can be used outside of the building when guided tours are not being offered
- Developed “donor day” proposal aimed at historically-minded donors
